Return & Refund Policy

At Anantra, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products are eligible for return if:

  • They are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Custom-made or engraved jewellery is non-returnable, except in case of manufacturing defects.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

• Products showing signs of wear or alterations will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Request a Return

• Email us at returns@anantra.com with your:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

• Our team will review the request and arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request bank account details for processing the refund.

5. Exchange Option

• We offer product exchange for eligible returns based on availability.

• If the desired product is not in stock, a refund will be initiated instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, personalized, engraved, or discounted items cannot be returned.

• Gift cards and vouchers are also non-refundable.

7. Shipping Costs

• In the case of damaged or incorrect items, Anantra will bear the return shipping cost.

• In all other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
